Riverina Tourism welcomes the collaborative efforts of the region's tourism industry to bring two media famils to the region. Firstly, Mr David Fitzsimmons, Daily Telegraph, Best Weekend has an action-packed itinerary set by Destination NSW, circumnavigating the food, wine and agricultural and rural tourism map of the Riverina via Hay, Rankins Springs, Griffith and Leeton, to complete his 6-day tour in Wagga Wagga.

David Fitzsimmons will be arriving on Monday 24 August in Albury, and concluding his Riverina visit on Saturday 29 August. He's always wanted to visit the Deni Ute Muster, and through this gateway, will meet with interesting 'behind the scenes' personalities who bring colour to the fabric of our rural tourism industry.

Well known television personality and sustainable farmer Paul West, River Cottage Australia, will visit the Riverina from Wednesday 4 November, to Tuesday 10 November. His team is currently researching farmers and industry operators who can share their growing techniques and the 'inside scoop' on growing sustainable produce. More information on the River Cottage Australia program can be seen HERE.

"And in amongst it all, he’ll continue his journey in the local area to discover the best seasonal produce – from the land to the rivers and the sea – and share cooking tips and delicious meals with friends, neighbours and viewers alike."
