Food I Am have just been awarded Silver at the Inland NSW Tourism Awards. Here's an opportunity to experience their award-winning service:

It is salami season in the Little Italy of Australia. During The Festa Delle Salsicce (Festival of the Sausage) a team of 16 local judges, representing 16 different regions of Italy, announce the winner of the competition from about 90 salamis entered.

Making salami, tomato sauce, breads, biscuits and wine are old Italian traditions and are big events for the community, something the whole family takes part in.

As well as crowning one salami connoisseur the title of the finest salami maker, the festival promises huge helpings of pasta, continental sausages, other traditional fare, traditional Italian games of bocce and tombola; and accordion accompaniment for the Tarantella, an Italian song and dance. And, of course, there will be plenty of genuine homemade spicy servings of salami to sample.
