1) Australian Event Awards 2015 – nominate before 10th August 2015.

Deni Ute Muster won Best Regional Event at The Australian Event Awards in 2014. Now’s your opportunity to nominate for 2015.

Event organizers, managers and companies have until 10 August 2015 to enter their work in Australia’s broadest awards programme for the events industry at www.eventawards.com.au.

All entrants receive feedback from the panel of industry experts who judge the awards. Entrants don’t have to provide any financial records and won’t be identified unless selected as a finalist or state winner.

There have been a number of changes for 2015, making the Event Awards fairer and easier to enter than ever. There is also a change to the nomination process for Australia’s Favourite Event. Read about all the key changes for this year on the Event Awards website.

2) Nominate your tourism business for recognition

Dobija Print World Events & Tourism Award entrants have a chance to win state-wide television advertising thanks to PRIME7!

This award recognises all the fantastic work you do and the tourism initiatives you provide to your community. The Award is a great way to highlight how you involve the community in your Festival as well as the engagement of local stakeholders to ensure the event is a local success.

Nominating is simple, free and easy. Please follow this link to the website: http://awardsaustralia.com/appl/nomination.php?program=regional-achievement-community-awards&state=nsw and select the Dobija Print World Events and Tourism Award, and register your details and press at the bottom of the page save draft!  This will generate a password and a link so you can access your application as many times as you need to up until nominations close on Thursday 13th August 2015.    Please make sure you put as much information as you can into the application!
