From cotton to cottages, lamb to wine, the autumn edition of Inside the Riverina magazine celebrates a small selection of the best the region has to offer. Autumn in the Riverina is the perfect season to fill your pantry with bounteous regional produce, visit restaurants resplendent with fresh ingredients and take that short break in authentic country style.

The Riverina’s superior natural ingredients combined with dedicated, passionate growers, producers and operators create the ideal recipe for products of exceptional quality.

The Inside the Riverina magazine is filled with those who are passionate about utilising what the region has to offer, while finding ways to ensure sustainable businesses that can deliver quality enriched produce and services.

“As a family owned business our products reflect who we are and the essence of the region. We eat our eggs; our children eat them, and we share them with our neighbours and community. It is that which has us strive for quality,” said Amanda of Cackleberries by Lashbrook Farm.

Inside the Riverina is a Riverina Regional Tourism initiative that highlights a cross section of businesses within the food, wine and rural tourism industries in the region. It is an interactive magazine with great images, videos and stories you can share.

“The online magazine encourages local residents and visitors to explore gems of the Riverina and share the stories with friends and family. For locals it is a great way to discover the experiences and world renowned produce that is in our own backyard,” said Mr Greg Lawrence, Chair of Riverina Regional Tourism.
