Guest chef Luke from Limone Dining will be joining you as you work your way around Italy's regions and learn how to identify and cook pastas from the different regions. During the day attendees will learn how to create four types of pastas. The importance of sauce matching and how to make the quintessential homemade Italian fresh bread. Some of the pasta dishes you will learn to make are Croxetti from Liguria, which is shaped like a medallion, and Culurgiones, which is a Sardinian ravioli shaped into a leaf. With a tasty ragu sauce and the essential tomato elements, all attendees are guaranteed to leave with both new skills and full bellies. After class you will sit down and enjoy a range of the beautiful Yarran wines while you consume the day's efforts at a long lunch. Participants will be spoilt with the opportunity to be included in a Olive Oil appreciate course, from local artisan producer Bruce from Yarrow Park. Spaces are limited and groups are more than welcome. Contact Cassandra direct on the phone number or email address provided.
